I was able to replicate it using the mouse. Haven’t tried with the keyboard.

It’s an irritating bug and inexplicable considering how expensive the software is, but it never really effects me because I don’t usually enter a lot of text in my outlines. The lack of ongoing development and support is more serious, IMO. I like NoteMap, but as far as I can tell, it isn’t compatible with Vista, which means that I’ll have to stop using it when I’m eventually forced to upgrade (right now I’m grimly hanging onto XP).
