Software to create quizzes

Hey,

Does anyone know of a software where you can store questions and various possible answers and create a databases of question/answer pairs, then create a quiz out of a selection of those questions? I was looking at some online courses which offer quizzes along with theory, and being able to have one’s own quiz bank to consult for practice would be really useful.
