I download a copy of Standard Notes for a "free trial". However, it's clear that anything resembling a free trail requires me to make an up front payment with the understanding that if I am not satisfied, I can get my money refunded. All, except the most basic, features are behind a paywall. I have never seen such a free trial before. I have seen some free trials where there may be a paywall for a few advanced features, but not for everything except writing a basic note, and switching from a dark to light background.

So, I am curious to know what experience people here have had with Standard Notes, and how well the product is supported.
