alternative to Evernote for recipes

BTW, thanks to noteapps.info, I’ve been taking detailed notes pro and con for each of the listed software. I saw that Amplenote doesn’t have these features:
no colored text
can’t specify point size, just a few standardized header sizes
no text alignment
can’t choose a font
can’t underline
