Your comments are very similar to my thoughts about it. I’m a fan of both Roam and org-mode, but I’ve never had the time to dig into org-roam or org-brain and combine all the little bits into one system that has the advantages of both, although there are definitely people who’ve done it. In a relatively short time Logseq has trotted into the room with a prebuilt, well-thought out system that largely does that, with batteries included, with the bonus that everything is plain text behind the scenes and you’re not locked into it. I’m going to give it a serious go.
