You might try Projekt S60 by Kylom Software (http://www.kylom.com/ProjektS60_3english.shtml). There are editions for various Symbian smartphones. I haven’t used it (I do not have a Symbian phone) but a colleague of mine swears by it.

There is also a number of productivity tools for the Blackberry and the Symbian plattforms: Go to http://www.explorepda.com, they have an online shop offering software for these smartphones there.
