Hello,

I’m Eric, the only developer of Start & Doc.

First of all, I want to say that S&D is the very first application I make for commercial purposes, so yes, it’s a bit a of mess and mostly a lot of work, thank you for your support.

Know that a lot of features will be added to the application, the universal search but also advanced export functions (DocX, HTML, PNG/JPG, the possibility to visualize a page separator for the A4 format directly in the editor, bring many pages in one PDF set and more), the themed templates will also come up with the next update (and the ability to customize a theme), the editor will have some extra functions (positioning blocks of text, diagram and charts rendering, i will also rework the spellchecker by adding word replacement and an option for autocomplete tips. I will also add a way to navigate more easily from one page to another.

The reason the linux version is posted on the website is that it is already complete, it will be completely free but as things are never simple, I need to create a license to be able to distribute it.

Also, today i just started working on the iOS version, it will include the new features described above and that’s when I add them to the MacOS version. Android and Windows version will be done after that.

All ideas and advices are welcome, it allows me to move forward in the design of the application and make it better.
