Outline: very strange app that copies everything OneNote does

I started using it on my iPad when it first came out (because there was no OneNote for iOS or the Mac at that time). As an alternate lightweight version of OneNote it was an ok app. I was excited when MS ported OneNote to Mac & iOS and started using it heavily. But as time passed, I realized that OneNote for Mac would never keep ups with the Windows version and no local file storage finally killed the deal for me.

I never tried Outline for the Mac. I would give it a try but I’m also concerned about the longevity of the developer.

Also, I bit the bullet and purchased DEVONThink Pro as it seems to be the best alternative, right now, for my OneNote addiction. Of course the day after I purchased DEVONThink, this software crossed my RSS reader http://reinventedsoftware.com/keepit/ ... ha!
