I second that recommendation from Paul Korm.

Old thread, but worth a “bump”.
I’ve been using Keyboard Maestro (KM) for five years.
It is not an outliner, but it can make using any outliner easier.
KM can make using any Mac software easier, because it tailors any program to your own, personal, way of working.
