Has Smartdown died?

Thanks Dr Andus for pointing out yesterday’s update. My impulse to switch my document outlining to SmartDown is now encouraged by a reason to believe in the future!

In the case of software, no news is not good news and the developer’s promise of frequent updates is just what is needed. Good luck to him as he progresses: I like (and bought) v. 1.0 because I was looking for an easy-to-use program that combined outlining with plain text storage, good document handling (eg for manuals or books) and quality printing/html production. I am very pleased that it is being developed.
