Thanks for the feedback.  Your UI observations raise a flag, but everybody adapts to different (or quirky) layouts differently, so I would want to have a go before deciding.  I will need to look a bit further about the data lock, although most of the more permanent data will be residing elsewhere.  I have looked at EPIM and ToDoList in the past, and they just do not seem to offer the structure that I am looking for.  Ecco certainly did, but that is not going to be an option at work.  I have looked at IQ again, but it has trouble loading correctly on my machine (and is constantly flagged and sandboxed by my firewall), so I may need to contact PPL if I want to head further down that road.

Did you have any issues downloading the LeaderTask software?  And what was the price for just the stand-alone version with no syncing?
