SQLNotes - A new Outliner

New version of SQLNotes (0.9.13) is now available as a free download at http://www.sqlnotes.net.

SQLNotes can now work as a 1 pane (outline/grid) OR as a power 2 pane outliner, thanks to the built-in full-featured HTML editor.

Fans of 3 pane outlining (aka Zoot) can also configure SQLNotes to behave as a 3 pane outliner (beating Zoot since it has a HTML (i.e. rich text) editor.
