Welcome to this forum (if you haven’t been here before). Here are a few suggestions for you that I think you missed:

Noteliner - one of the best Windows outliners, in my opinion:

Zoot - similar in some ways to MyInfo, though more powerful (and more mysterious, as the help file is still not available, but the developer swears he’s working on it)

ConnectedText - really a personal wiki, but it is much more than that, including a nifty outliner
