I am not aware of any plans beyond adding RTF, which doesn’t mean there are not plans. I’ve been using Zoot for almost eight years, and have had some experience with the way Tom Davis works. I am sure he will remove the restrictions on the number of folders in a database and the size of the notes. Beyond that, I suspect that there will be continuous small improvements to Zoot, but I would be surprised if there were major additions like the ones you are requesting.

I wouldn’t be in favor of bloating the software like that. In fact, I’m even a little ambivalent about adding RTF. I’ve found that 80 percent of the time, plain text is all I need, and it helps keep file sizes small, searches quick. So it is my hope that once RTF is added that Zoot will provide an option of making a note plain text or RTF.
