Are you sure it’s not one of your AV software blocking it? On my PC, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware wouldn’t allow me to access the site (says it “has blocked a potentially malicious website”). However, on my Chromebook I was able to access it fine. It does make me wonder though why MAM blocks it (I note the business is based in Russia, so either MAM is overly cautious about Russian addresses or it associates the IP address with something it doesn’t like?). Actually this is the first time MAM prevented me from going to a site, and I had it for a while now.
