Scribe 2 - simple outliner for the Mac

I don’t THINK this has been covered here (or not by that name). The website is here:

and seems to be just one of two programs offered. Scribe first came out, or so reviews suggest, in 2012. But this is a Scribe 2. It looks clean and inexpensive. I’m not sure about the features. But maybe someone has tried it?
