ConnedtedText can be added to this list. Each document (called “topic” in CT) can be marked up with properties and attributes. The difference between the two is that properties are invisible in the text, while attributes show up as clickable links (by clicking them one is taken to a dynamically generated page containing links to all the topics with the given attribute). There are also extensive search and summary functions to call up properties and attributes (e.g. to summarise queries in list or table form and even embed them within a topic).
