Thanks, I’ll check out EmEditor now.

Other candidates for this:

OPML editor (I use this editor a lot): http://home.opml.org/
- I can copy/paste outlines in and out of the OPML file

NotePad++
- free Plaintext Editor that supports code folding. (I can define keyword to make folding happen)
(It’s not a true Outliner view though…)
