Best PIM for project management?

FYI, Rational Plan which was briefly discussed in this thread will be featured on Bits Du Jour in the following days http://www.bitsdujour.com/software/rationalplan-single-project/

The promotion is probably for the Single project option again, but it is possible to upgrade to Multi afterwards, so you will still have a discount.
