I’m about halfway through the article, in the mean time here are two outliner implementations of TiddlyWiki:

NoteStorm is pretty cool and some people here might like it. Personally I decided to go the VisualTW route, and I’ll probably ditch or modify the left outline bar since it won’t scale too well.

Outlining is performed by tag hierarchy. To create tag hierarchy, just create a tiddler with the tag name and then tag it with the desired descendants. Pretty elegant solution!
