Jeffery Smith cited George A Miller’s article, “The Magical Number Seven ...” and suggested looking for the author in ask.com.

I checked through Google.com (Google is my search default), which came up with “about 1,100,000 results in 0.38 seconds”, the third of which was THE man, which lead directly to the full article.

Incidentally, I did a small bit of research on this myself in Papua New Guinea—totally different culture. Solid as a rock!

In my view, this research points to exactly why outliners work so well for us.

Cheers,
Geoff
