One of the most flexible outling programs ever has (from what I see) never been discussed ASHTON TATE’s Framework. I used it for many years. It could do just about anything (it was highly programmable) Great marketing slogan Framework for Mindwork. After that I switched to ECCO and I have never needed anything else. Ecco is now defunct but I can’t see where I would need anything else. There is a lot of goodwill for ECCO. It fits the bill for the best Windows outliner. There is a user group for Ecco. Check E-groups.
