If you are running MaxThink 97, then you can save an outline in HTML format, which Word can import reasonably well. At least this is true of Word for Windows; I can’t speak for WinCE. One fly in the ointment is that Max97’s “Save as HTML” function does not properly process Ctrl-U (underscore) codes, a bug that I noted years ago but that Neil has not patched. (Too bad the program isn’t open-source, eh?)

Have you tried the MAX2RTF converter? I never had much luck with it, and even on the occasions when I got it to work it had the same problem with Ctrl-U commands.
