The in-beta version of PC Outline for Windows is an OLE client, so I suppose if you could just treat a URL as an object that could invoke a browser as an OLE server, you’d have web-enabled outlining.

Also I’d like to second Roger’s advocacy of Palm synching. I wouldn’t care to have to compose a whole outline on a PP, but I’d certainly love to be able to use one.  And do minor updates.  Given PC Outline’s traditional 64K limit versus the PP’s megabytes, storage capacity shouldn’t be a barrier.
