Glad to see this discussion forum - I bemoaned the death of PC-Outline many years ago, went to Polaris PackRat(ouch) and then on to Ecco(great!) Of course all of these have been bought out and crushed. Sometimes I use Word or MS Project just for outlining but this seems overkill!

The most intuitive interface for me was PC-Outline - very simple and seemed to have enough customization for organize my life(KISS). I’ve found if I can’t describe/categorize what I am trying to say in an outline (perhaps with ‘multiple inheritance’ or links), it’s probably not very well defined.

I am looking for an Outliner that will allow me to update via a web browser and could, optionally, also synch with a Palm.
