Yes, you can add a new entry with return etc, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to change the level or to move topics within the Outline. Or tyo collapse or expand an outline. So the core features of an Outliner are still missing for me in MM

Not that Inspiration has all of these either, but it still leaves MM lacking for anything other than editing the outline before export.
