I am using Onfolio because the academic version lets me grab (scrape they call it) pages from Amazon and others and save the reference information to EndNote. It also saves web addresses to end note. In fact at the moment this feature is its slightly broken, but they are hopefully working on a fix.

I’ve never looked at Content Saver - maybe I should, I am reasonably hwppy with Onfolio, except it is rather sluggish.

The problem I have is that I don’t think I want anything too sophisticated, just something to fill a few of the obvious gaps in Explorer, - but I need to think about it a bit more and look at the specs. I did find a very good free file manager but I seem to have lost it now :-(
