Daly,
It doesn’t make any sense to me that selecting: “GKB (whatever)” in Firefox would use Surfulater, unless they’ve stolen or hijacked the Surfulater Firefox Extension.

UnInstalling Surfulater won’t remove it from Firefox. You need to use Tools|Extensions select: Surfulater Integration 1.5, then Uninstall and finally restart Firefox.
