Alexander,

Locate32 is a freeware indexing program that just indexes filenames and extensions. It is sometimes is a better fit than YDS, GDS, SDS, WDS, and X1. I’ve been working on file naming conventions to make the searches more precise. BTW I use X1 and dtSearch and dabble with the others as well.
