This sounds a bit like how I use Zoot.

However, to follow up with ADM and Infohandler. When you say one click, what do you mean. With AskSam I can “down arrow” through the Tree of files in file tree pane and instantly browse up and down DOC files or PDF files in the viewing pane on the right. Although th eimported files have lost their tables and graphics, if I need to see these, AS still keeps a link to the original files which I can click to open.

In principle this looks possible in ADM, if you use the autoview fetare, but it doesn’t look as if it works with PDFs, and I cannot get it to work with Word files. It just tells me that my browser couldn’t link to the page requested.

Actually ADM looks really interesting, I am less enamoured with InfoHandler as it seems to make heavy use of keywords, which I cannot get along with.
