Daly,

With Idea! and MDEInfoHandler, how easy is it to browse through the Word files.

For me the big difference with AS, is that I can easily browse through and between files that (tables apart) look like the orignial file, without using any search terms or categories. But when I want to,I have a very efficient search tool available and a reporting tool.

But as you will see from another post, it was DTsearch and Zoot that made AS redundnent for me a san everyday tool. Apart form this very specific purpose and one or two others that I can think of, I struggle to think of anything that cannot be done better by another program.
