Derek,

Yes, I can remember tables bening anissue when I sued it before.

And yes I like the idea of information bucket and in some respects that is what I try to do with DTsearch, and then have tiered approach with different programs accessing, as far as possible, specific parts of the same bucket.

I hate the idea of the same information duplicated, in several places, especially if their is arisk of it being updated.

having looked at AS again, I still think that tables apart it may still be a good choice, but I will have a look around and spend a bit more time with AS.
