Neville, thanks for the clarification re options.

Re your response about beta software, I had replied to that that we had not proof it was the culprit. There was a coincidence in time, but also there were other variable that could be similarly considered. It may have even been a MS update that triggered the problem. I do not know.

Zoot may be dated in that it is 16-bit, but it can still do many things that more recent programs cannot do. It is perhaps the best designed and implemented program of its type. But you need to spend some time with it.

Similarly, you need to spend time with ADM to see how the pieces fit. In terms of metadata,columns, and so on it is unqiue.

My previous post deals with your response to InfoHandler.

Programs such as Grandview and More still get talked about in a nostalgic way because in their day they were killer aps. I am told that some of today’s outliners still can’t do what Grandview did in the DOS era.
