Thank you, Alex! That is a good approach.
Maybe it is Personal Knowbase that goes between, I do not know.
Anyway, I am collecting web pages with Net Snippets. The basic version is free, and has the advantage of building up a web page database that can be freely integrated with any kind of other software, since it stores saved pages in simple, separate html files. Copernic Desktop Search (also a free tool) provides me with a superb pre-indexed search of this database. Now, Evernote stores my thoughts on the fly, and also copy-pasted quotes, passages, etc., with a semi-automated keyword system.
Personal Knowbase could be the one that might be used for projects, that is to say, to build up a data base on a project by project basis (both Evernote and Net Snippets folders store everything en mass).
And finally, no need for Supernotecard. As I am more and more familiar with Word’s outlining capabilities, it might turn out to be a better tool anyway…

But still, Tinderbox is on my mind, it is getting really good reviews in the Mac community…
