Run a search in the UR forum on “Hoist.” If the importance was so obvious, it wasn’t apparent to most of the articulate user base. There are a smattering of posts on the subject, advising of the problems without that feature, but most of them unfortunately were combined with a series of other features to add. These posts failed to single out hoist as crucial. And nobody—including me—said when the roadmap was posted in April, two months beforethe release of version 1.3, that “We need hoist in 1.3, not later.
