About three weeks ago, after downloading the beta version of a program that has a built-in browser based on Explorer, I became aware that Explorer could not render certain pages properly. For example, MyYahoo, Environment Canada’s local weather page, and others appear to be about five times larger than normal. As a result, the pages are grotesque.

The software developer is working under times constraints, and so has not been able to advise me whether his beta program in fact is responsible for the problem in IE. Unfortunately, until such time as the problem is solved, the various pieces of software that I use that utilize IE have become quite limited in their usefulness. These would include ADM 4 beta, UltraRecall, Evernote, and Surfolater.

Can anyone suggest what I might do to remedy this problem?

Given that this post is off-topic, please feel free to contact me back channel.

Manny thanks.
