Yes, but it does not work the same way as Yahoo! Groups for instance. But still: (1) At the bottom of each page you can tick “Receive direct responses to the message on this page via email” option. (2) On the “Member Signup Form” <http://www.outliners.com/member/signup> check “Receive email bulletins?” - Yes.
