Thanks for the tip; I have been trying PowerMarks which has excellent sync capabilities but organises links as a flat list, indexed by keywords. LinkStash maintains a tree structure with which I feel much more comfortable.

I do miss syncing though; a combination of the two organisers would be brilliant.
