EPIM may be free today, and the site talks about registering it with your name.

All that sounds good—but can someone tell me where the site is set up to accept your information for a free registration?

It seems to me that apart from announcing the Pumpkin Day sale the site is just as it would be if there was no sale. In other words, there seems to be no place to get the free registration.
