Recommendation for Project Manager/Outliner/ToDo's

I’ve decided to use OmeaPro…. but it currently does not support hierarchical views for ToDos. So it is currently quite weak for project management/ToDo’s.

So, I am asking for recommendations for a simple project manager/ todo program to use until OP gets better (which the developers say will be in the next release)

Here are some of my wishes:

#1. Synch with Outlook AND/OR with Palm

#2. Can be used (customized) with GTD (Getting Thing Done) frame work

#3. Quick/easy data entry

#4. I want to be able to outline a project, assign categories to tasks and then view work by project or category.

I’ve played around with GTD Outlook add-in, but it not so easy to add data & it doesn’t really support outlines.
