“I am sure I am overlooking some Opera advantages, however. Why are you thinking of changing?” - Derek

Perhaps the main advantage of Opera is the integrated e-mail. The e-mailer has virtual folders to organize e-mail into views, so that one piece of correspondence can go into various views, but for me the main thing is just having e-mail conveniently available while browsing. There is a downside to the e-mailer, however: while it can read html, it can send only plain text e-mails. Opera Software has no intention of changing this, almost in fact claiming it as a virtue.

The other main thing I like about Opera that some may sneer at is that Opera looks better than other browsers and is more skinnable than its competitors. Perhaps Daley is the only other member of this forum who might appreciate this aspect.
