Cynic !

As you could always get free copies of Opera albeit with advertising, which in the end I didn’t even notice, I doubt if Opera are losing that much.

I did have paid for copies for a long time, but at some stage when I downloaded the latest release, before upgrading, I found the adverts so unobstrusive that I never bothered to pay for an upgrade. Even though I always meant to.
