It is in the help, try looking for “Reminder items” where it will tell you that you can write things like “next monday 5pm” in the date field.

Not sure about the other question

Assuming it is still there, someone wrote a piece on replacing Agenda with Zoot and placed it in the Yahoo groups file section.

I would ask about this in the Zoot forum.
