I downloaded and installed PocoMail (not Barca) after reading a very positive review in PC Plus. Unfortunately, it couldn’t handle Unicode mail which for me was necessary, so I abandoned it.

The two able alternative mailing programs I tried were Thunderbird and FoxMail (which happens to be the most popular mailer in China).
