Just visited http://cgi.mercury-soft.com/cgi/mercury-soft.com/iLinerE.html
and read a bit about this product and downloaded the 14 day trial. Haven’t tried it yet, but I thought I would drop by here and mention it.

It appears to take a text file and summarizes it, probably using Sherlock, and turns it into an outline. From there, you can do the usual outliner kind of things and even export it to a Quicktime slideshow.

I’ll give it a spin and see how it goes. I like some of the ideas.
