And indeed their is an addin for Ecco which enhances this feature, which I may still have lying around somewhere.

Open Source progress seems slow, with NetManage dragging their feet a bit. There was suggestin that they do not in fact own all the code and therfore they may not be able to open source it. But there seems to be pressure on them to release what ever they can so that the Open Souce progammers can makse a start.
