Steve,

The new version is only mentioned in the email that came with the license information. All its says, is the usual thank you for buying Notemap etc, with a single line saying that this purchase includes a free upgrade to version 3. No details about what version 3 includes and no web links.

I don’t know the basis of the $74 deal, I only knew about it because it was mentioned here. I can see no mention of it on the web site - so maybe its a discretionary deal they can offer to new users who are hesitating over the price.
