Hermann selectively quotes himself, omitting where he instructed me to send mail only plain text.
Still, he provides adequate documentation of my point. Hermann’s comment that “We answered his support query within 24 hours of actually receiving the email as was our promise; I simply said that it was unfortunate that the email was sequestered by our spam filter but any reasonable person would not hold us responsible for that,’’ flatly contradicts the “apology” and substantiates that the ADM developer has no concept of the contractual rights of users of his program, In Hermann’s demented world view, ADM simply did not receive the email until they retrieved it from the system which they themselves set up.
Such small points, e.g. where developers reveal a bizarre take on reality, are often the only way to spot commercial lunatics before it is too late.
