Ann,

It’s a very long time since I used Grandview - it came as an add-on to some presentation package that I no longer use.

You might like to take a look at VisiMap (there is - I think - a U.S. web site, but the one I go to is <http://coco.co.uk>> )

VisiMap can either be used to show you a hierarchical mindmap (spider diagram), or one key will toggle it into outline format. What I really like about it is that you can export your whole mindmap (= outline) in .rtf format, and you should be able to open that from Word Perfect.

It’s now my “outliner” of choice and I fancy it would be ideal for your application. Note however that you *DO* need the full version - the Lite version doesn’t have export capability (without which it fades from being a “must-have” programme to being a “useful” programme.
