True; in fact, the kind of developers’ support I was referring to is strictly related to features rather than applications. I have the impression that its user-base is mainly, if not exclusively, the broader software community, rather than people from various disciplines who would be looking for a more knowledge-oriented concept.

There are exceptions of course; like the templates submitted for applying the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology.
